🌬️🌱 March = Early Spring Activation 🌱🌬️

March carries us fully across the seasonal threshold from winter to spring with the equinox. Light is noticeably stronger, mornings feel different, and the body begins shifting from hibernation into movement.

This is when the Liver system moves from preparation into circulation. Energy that was conserved through winter now wants direction. There’s a scene in Kill Bill Vol 2 where Uma Thurman is buried alive and digs herself out using steady forward momentum. That’s spring. That’s Liver. Plants don’t panic - they press upward toward the sun.

Healthy systems can’t surge without structure. If reserves are thin or stress has been high, this early push can show up as headaches, jaw or neck tension, PMS, irritability, disrupted sleep, digestive shifts, or that wired-but-tired feeling.

March is an opportunity to reset and work with spring physiology. This isn’t aggressive detox. It’s improving circulation, supporting bile flow, and clearing stagnation without draining what winter built. I updated a blog post on how to Spring Clean Your Liver for all the details on how to gently do that.

The Horse is moving now. We guide the pace so the body can move with strength instead of strain.

Don’t see a time that works? Add yourself to the waitlist (Monday thru Thursday) and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know if something opens up or if I can expand my schedule. If you’ve got some flexibility, I can usually find a way to make it work on short notice.
